lokdown are running on every place as you know everyone. And who did man and women gym before lokdown how can maintan their body?

First of all i will suggest everyone they should choose options of weight training. you can do exercises chest and triceps with sofa and table at house. and if you don’t have dumbells you can take option like bricks, buckets, and “briks tid up with stick of both side” this is rode with weight. And running is the best exercise for fitness and grow your speed, build your stamina.
